Guest Speaker: Mark Payne, CIP Insurance - Is Your Business Underinsured?
Mark Payne specialises in commercial insurance and has worked in the insurance industry in the North and South of Ireland for over 20 years. Prior to joining CIP Mark worked for AXA, Aviva, NIG and NFU Mutual and in various brokers. He is certified by the Chartered Insurance Institute (DIP CII) and holds a NEBOSH Health and Safety qualification.
CIP Insurance was established in 1977 by Conn Williamson and in currently managed by his son, Paul Williamson. Although primarily focussed on commercial insurance, CIP look after personal lines as well. With a wide network of insurers, they are well placed to address any insurance enquiry.
Mark will be discussing the pitfalls of underinsurance for businesses, how to guard against it and ensure that your business is adequately covered for all potential risks.

Member Speaker: Jason Holmes, Lumen Financial Planning - 5 Steps to a Successful Retirement
Jason set up Lumen Financial Planning in 2008 and has a wealth of experience in providing financial advice to business owners, families and widows based on each client’s individual circumstances, and financial and life goals.
He is both a Chartered and Certified Financial Planner and Lumen is an Accredited Financial Planning firm through the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments. He is the only financial planner / adviser in Northern Ireland to hold these qualifications within an Accredited Financial Planning firm.
Jason is married to Sharon and has 3 children. He is involved in a number of charities and has set up a challenging gifting policy within Lumen. With a desire to ‘give back’ he is committed to influencing, changing or impacting the lives of 10 people through gifting, mentoring and advising over a number of years. He likes to keep fit, is a keen runner and has completed several Ironman challenges.
