Using AI in your Business

AI is a concept that has been around, formally, since the 1950s, when it was defined as a machine's ability to perform a task that would've previously required human intelligence. This is quite a broad definition and one that has been modified over decades of research and technological advancements. Hear the term artificial intelligence (AI) and you might think of self-driving cars, robots, ChatGPT or other AI chatbots, and artificially created images.

AI is fast becoming an indispensable tool worldwide but just how, exactly, can you harness its power for your business? No matter what industry you're in, you are probably already using AI but sometimes you don't even realise it. Esther will explain some of the ways it can be used to streamline your business.

Esther Ocampo knows her way around the online world well. Having grown up with the evolution of the computer, the birth of the internet, as well as social media, she’s no stranger to how they work and how to get them to work for you as an individual, company or organisation. She grew up on the family farm so she knows what hard work is and doesn’t shy away from it.

A graduate of Ulster University, Coleraine, where she studied International Business Studies (BA (Hons) DAS), Esther is using the business skills she learnt there to build her own business, as well as assisting others build theirs.

Esther lived in Mexico for 12 years after she graduated. There, she married and had a family. She returned to the UK/Ireland with her family in 2014 but likes to stay connected to the place she called home for so long.

Currently, Esther and her team use their digital marketing skills to help businesses, individuals and organisations position themselves better online, through web development, dedicated social media and email marketing strategies, implementing AI and automations where possible, and more. Their clients range from solopreneurs just starting out, to well-established businesses that have been running for over 50 years.

Esther and the team at IPA Group can help you better understand the online world, your target audience, the jargon and more through training, or they can implement AI and automations to your existing digital marketing, or even be your voice online -´ freeing up your time to focus on the rest of your business.
