A bit about Barbara:

Barbara Edwards is a Menopause Wellness & Business Coach. Using her background in music teaching and fitness instruction, over the years Barbara realised her skillset tapped into both the physical and spiritual elements of her students. To complete the circle of learning Barbara continued her studies with an Advanced Diploma in Leadership, Wellness and Executive coaching allowing her to assist those clients who felt ‘stuck’.  Her practise BeCoached started in early 2018, and her passion for her clients is evident through her testimonials. Barbara hosts her weekly WellExpo wellness webcast on Thursdays, and co-hosts a webcast on a Sunday evening aimed at women over 35 years.
